The MV Automotive Roadster
Owned by Gray Baskerville of HotRod Magazine fame and our good friend Joseph Barton of Zero Budget Racing.Im sad to report that February 1,2002 Gray Baskerville passed away.He will be greatly missed in the High Performance world!The man is and was one of my childhood heros.Without his influence in the Hotrod magazines there would have been no GM HIGH PERFORMANCE club.We must keep the family and his friends that new him well in our thoughts and prayers.We also look to Joe to protect and preserve the M&V Hotrod for generations to come. The car was built to be raced. Zero Budget Racing has done a great job promoting and driving this piece of GM HIGH PERFORMANCE history,and thats what Gray would want to continue on in his absence.Im sure he's looking down on us right now wondering what the car will run in Banning this summer! |

Joe and Crew at ZERO BUDGET RACING have been very active in the So Cal Drag racing Scene for years.Not only does Joe drive this Very cool Chevy Nova but he also drives the MV Automotive Roadster which he partners with Hot Rod Magazine great Gray Baskerville on. Joe is a serious drag racer and represents our Club and sport very well.Thanks Joe!!!! |
